Combination creates largest US based organization focused
exclusively on Litigation Management and Ethics in Billing
New York,
NY - - (PRWEB) - - January 8, 2008. The Council on
Ethical Billing (CEB) and the International Litigation
Management Association (ILMA) announced today they have
agreed to a definitive merger between the two
organizations. The combined organization will retain the
name the Council on Ethical Billing and will broaden its
focus to include both litigation management and ethics in
billing.
Mr. Adam Potter will
be the Executive Director of the CEB. He
will be joined
by
Mr. Michael Boutot [business development manager for
Esquire Deposition Services, LLC] as President and Advisory
Board Chairman, and Mr. Kevin Quinley as Vice
President. The combined fourteen member Advisory
Board will consist of eight senior litigation management
individuals from the largest insurance companies, two
insurance brokers, and four litigation management
professionals from major corporations. The advisory board
individuals will be announced shortly.

these two entities creates an organization exclusively
focused on litigation management and ethics in billing
principles", said Mr. Adam Potter. "The Council will unite
our Fellows and Members to address issues and develop
solutions for the industry."
Mr. Michael Boutot
said, "we are looking forward to further developing the
organization and bridging litigation management between
insurance companies, insureds, and corporate legal
departments. In this regard, we have changed the Council's
tag line to "Excellence in Litigation Management" which
reflects the organizations overall mission."

furthering the highest levels of ethical standards and
practice for legal representation within the insurance
